UPod Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 19, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UPod APMLE Part 1 question bank and related websites and services (the “Service”), operated by UPOD LLC (“UPod”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

UPod provides a digital question bank and study tools to help candidates prepare for the APMLE Part 1 examination. The Service is a study aid only.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Purchases, access, and billing

  • Access is sold as one-time passes: 3-Month Access ($299 USD) and 6-Month Access ($499 USD).
  • These are one-time charges. The Service is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
  • Access unlocks immediately after payment and expires automatically at the end of the purchased term (90 days for the 3-Month pass or 180 days for the 6-Month pass, from the date of purchase).
  • All purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, as described in our Refund Policy.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

4. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for your own exam preparation. You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your account or access.
  • Copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any question, explanation, or other content in the Service.
  • Use automated means to extract content from the Service.

The questions, explanations, and all other content are the proprietary property of UPod and are protected by intellectual property laws. Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5. No affiliation; no guarantee

UPod is an independent study aid. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners (NBPME), the APMLE, or any examination or licensing body. We do not guarantee any particular score or examination outcome.

6. Educational disclaimer

Content is provided for exam-preparation purposes only and is not medical advice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, including the acceptable use rules. No refund is owed where access is terminated for breach.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UPod’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for your access pass. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
